It comprises a waterproof enclosure with female 1/4″ tripod mounts below . A 3D printed camera mounting plate is included enabling the camera to be securely attached to the housing.

This ARGUS IP55 rated camera housing is designed to fit a GoPro Hero 9 cameras along with any required accessories such as a battery, power supply, time-lapse intervalometer, etc.
The camera clips into a 3D printed mount with the lens window protruding. The camera is mounted upside down to help keep it secure and improve access to the internal battery. (The image can be rotated within the settings of the camera) There is also plenty of space within the housing for ancillary equipment such as batteries, USB power supply, internet dongle, GPS, time-lapse intervalometer, and so on.
The housing includes two 1/4”-20 UNC standard tripod mounting nuts for installation directly on to a tripod or a choice of three different mounting brackets. Two 15mm glands are included for power inputs, video outputs, etc.
This housing is ideal for a wide range of applications and already sees regular use for long term time-lapse (e.g. construction time-lapse), outdoor research projects or simply hard wired into a standard surveillance camera system.
