The BackBone modified Insta360 ONE R 4K module camera has all the features of the original camera but allows you to attach interchangeable C, CS and S (M12) mount lenses. This modular camera is available either with as a complete camera just the modified camera module (core module to special order). The original Insta360 ONE R action camera module is re-assembled into a premium quality machined aluminium housing with a CS-mount on to which the included C and S-mount lens adapters can be attached (all options included).
This fully modified Insta360 ONE R 4K camera’s recommended for use with 1/2.3″. 1/2″or 2/3″ interchangeable C, CS and S-Mount lenses. With the C-mount mount combination you can attach almost any large format SLR lens using an (optional) mount converter, or use your camera with imaging equipment such as microscopes and telescopes. If desired, the removable IR-cut filter allows you to capture footage in the wavelength of your choice for custom imaging and scientific applications.

The modified camera still fits in the Insta360 ONE R frame mount however an optional 3-point tripod mount is also available.
