The Canon IK-HR3 camera has super compact remote head outputting FULL NATIVE HD video from a single 1/2.9″ CMOS sensor.  It is a perfect device for imaging colour critical applications such as those found in the medical industries.  The Canon IK-HR3H 1-CMOS remote camera head measures just 27 x 27 x 33mm and weighs only 34 grammes making it ideal for capturing HD images where space is limited.  It provides a 1920 x 1080 output creating extraordinary detail with up to 900 TV lines resolution.  The camera head has a C-mount, connecting directly to a device or lenses (contact SeeSense for details).  These cameras “work straight from the box” and are feature rich and with a comprehensive menu.

This camera system is also available with an optional miniature Canon IK-HD3H 3-CMOS camera head.

The tiny IK-HR3H remote head camera connects to the Canon IK-HD3D compact Camera Control Unit through a choice of a 3m, 6m, 10m or 15m long flexible camera – CCU cables.  The IK-HD3D control unit outputs 1080i or 1080p Full native High Definition 900 TV line images from the camera head.  At the rear is a DVI-D connection; as well as full menu control, the front panel comprises the camera cable connector and menu buttons including a Gain function.

The Canon IK-HD3 system is purpose designed for use in Life Sciences including Microscopy as well as other uses including Scientific Imaging through to Diagnostics, Aerospace and Defence applications.
