MAPIR offer a comprehensive range of tilting and static drone mounts for payloads of up to four MAPIR Survey3 cameras. This mount allows you to easily attach up to two Mapir Survey3 camera securely to a Foxtech Nimbus VTOL drone. Cameras are attached to the mount by the 1/4″ tripod screw to provide a secure attachment.
Two carbon fibre tube legs are included and easily removable for transport using the thumb bolts. Cameras can use their internal batteries or you can use an optional USB power cable to power the cameras without the battery (this will also automatically turn the cameras on when power is applied). All side ports and SD cards of the cameras are also easily accessible. Tools are included with the mount to assist with installation. This mount also features a vibration dampening system to decrease / eliminate any vibration transmitted from the drone to the camera.
Optional lens protectors are recommended to protect the camera lenses from flying debris during take-off and landings.
