This Mapir Tilting mount allows you to easily attach a Mapir Survey3 camera securely to a DJI Phantom 3 Pro or Advanced drone whilst keeping the original camera installed. A mounting plate is included which replaces the DJI Phantom 3 top plate used by the drone. The mount also features a vibration dampening system to decrease / eliminate any vibration transmitted from the drone to the camera.

MAPIR offer a comprehensive range of tilting and static drone mounts for payloads of up to four MAPIR Survey3 cameras. This Tilting mount allows you to easily attach a Mapir Survey3 camera securely to a DJI Phantom 3 Pro or Advanced drone whilst keeping the original camera installed. A mounting plate is included which replaces the DJI Phantom 3 top plate used by the drone.
The Tilting Mount has a black thumb screw on each side that allows you to adjust the camera’s tilt angle from 0 to 10 degrees to account for the forward flying tilt. Each notch is equal to 2.5 degrees of tilt. The advantage of these mounts is that you can tilt the angle of the camera to suit the drone’s forward flight speed. For every 5m/s you are flying tilt 5 degrees (so 10m/s = 10 degrees).
A Mapir Survey 3 camera clip is included for each camera. This mount also features a vibration dampening system to decrease / eliminate any vibration transmitted from the drone to the camera.
Optional lens protectors are recommended to protect the camera lenses from flying debris during take-off and landings.
