The WVS-16-1F Colour Zoom Welding Camera System is switchable between Standard (PAL) and High Definition (AHD) outputs.  It features a motorised zoom lens and LCD scene filter adjusted by a potentiometer mounted on the Camera Control Unit (CCU).  When welding starts the filter is automatically triggered, enabling operators to view a sharp image of the entire scene before, during and after a welding process.  The CCU controls camera zoom, focus and aperture plus two programmable preset positions and mirror for improved set up times and better detection of any welding defects.  Contact us for help and more information.

Product Description

In semi-automatic or automatic welding systems the operation and control of the welding head often occurs at a remote control station.  Optimal positioning and adjustment of the welding process therefore requires a visual inspection.

The WVS-16-1F Colour Welding Camera System is switchable between Standard (PAL) or High Definition (AHD) output.  It features a motorised zoom lens and LCD scene filter adjusted by a potentiometer mounted on the Camera Control Unit (CCU).  When welding starts the filter is automatically triggered, enabling operators to view a sharp image of the entire scene before, during and after a welding process.  The CCU controls camera zoom, focus and aperture plus three programmable preset positions for improved set up times and better detection of any welding defects.

The WVS-16-1F also features a ring light providing illumination during camera set up plus a cooling water system.  The CCU can be installed up to 50 metres away connected via a flexible cable designed for energy chain compatibility.

A scene and arc doublefilter option is available (WVS-16-2F), super compact monochrome automatic camera with a M12 fixed iris lens (WVS-55), as well a fixed lens welding camera (WVS-32).
