It comprises a waterproof enclosure with optically flat glass window and female 1/4″ tripod mounts below . An adjustable camera mounting plate is included enabling the camera and lens to be positioned close to the housing’s glass window for optimal performance.

The ARGUS IP55 rated camera housing is designed for small self contained cameras such as Back-Bone modified GoPro, Sony DSC-RX0 series, Insta 360 One R Series, etc along with any required accessories such as a battery, power supply, time-lapse intervalometer, or any other equipment. It features a waterproof enclosure and optically flat glass window.
An internal adjustable mounting plate is included for the camera which can be retained using a 1/4”-20 UNC standard tripod mounting screw. Once mounted on the camera, the lens can be slid forward close to the housing’s glass window for optimal performance.
The housing includes two 1/4”-20 UNC standard tripod mounting nuts for installation directly on to a tripod or a choice of three different mounting brackets. Two 15mm glands are included for power inputs, video outputs, etc.
This housing is ideal for a wide range of applications and already sees regular use for long term time-lapse (e.g. construction time-lapse), outdoor research projects or simply hard wired into a standard surveillance camera system.
