Bushman Panoramic offer a choice of 300 or 400g counterweight with 1/4″Male to Female adapters. They are intended to increase the stability of a Monopod and camera system by lowering its centre of gravity thus making it much less likely to fall over. Simply screw the counterweight directly on to a small tripod using the 1/4″UNC Female connection on the bottom of the counterweight, then attach the Monopod to the 1/4″UNC Male thread on top. Bushman Monopods include a counterweight; add more for increased stability.
