“Versatile & Reliable Mounting Solution”

SeeSense offer Swivellink products to create a durable, versatile and well designed mounting solution for cameras, illumination, monitors, a workbench installation or even robot arm tooling. Whilst being originally designed for Machine Vision and Factory Automation applications we have also supplied Swivellink products for Industrial (Welding cameras), Film and Broadcast applications.

The Swivellink systems consists of a series of bases, links, knuckles and plates which are available in Imperial and Metric Standard, XS (small) and HD (Heavy Duty) sizes. Please also refer to our ‘specials’, to help adapt Swivellink into even more useful functions. SeeSense is a stockist of the Metric range consisting of STANDARD and XS Series. The Standard series can easily support 13Kg utilising the 30cm link (the longest in the series) in any position and 1.4 Kg with the XS series using a 10cm link.

Swivellink XS Series Mounting Solution

The XS series can easily support payloads up to 1.4Kg utilising the 10cm link (the longest in the series) in any position. The range includes ball base, links up to 10cm long, tee link, knuckle and tee knuckle plus an adapter to connect to the Standard mounting solution. There are range of mounts available including a ball connector to 1/4″UNC tripod mount. SeeSense offer a special modification allowing it to fit our magnetic mounting base. We use this mounting system extensively with our Welding cameras, BackBone Modified GoPros and other small cameras. We can use the XS series in conjunction with mounting accessories from Bushman Panoramic such as the ‘Popeye’ magnetic base and ‘Bender’ arm.

Swivelink Standard Series Mounting Solution

The Standard series can easily support payloads up to 13 Kg utilising the 30 cm link (the longest in the series) in any position. The range includes ball base, links up to 30 cm long, tee link, knuckle and tee knuckle plus an adapter to connect to the XS mounting solution. There are a comprehensive range of mounts available designed specifically for machine vision cameras. We use this mounting system for mounting monitors and lighting solutions, weatherproof housings and larger cameras.
