The camera also maintains a solid clean 1080p/60 HDMI feed during all activities via the optional HERO Media Mod.
The HERO13 Black boosts creative possibilities with a range of GoPro HB-Series lenses including 4x macro, ultra wide, and anamorphic lens. N.B. SeeSense also offers the Back-Bone modified H13PRO which allows complete freedom in lens choice with no compromise on image quality.
Other features include optional Magnetic Latch Mounting and improved ways to extend battery power. The new body design still fits the same HERO12 Black Protective Case and Media Mod), a new higher capacity1900mAh Enduro battery and connection points, GPS and data overlay, Burst Slo-Mo (up to 400fps at 720p), 10-bit HLG HDR, and Wi-Fi6. The camera provides more than 2.5 hours of continuous recording at 1080p30 or over 1.5 hours at 4K30 and 5.3K30.

Uses include extreme shots, condition monitoring, underwater WiFi connection, high speed process checking, live view maintenance camera, VR 5.3K (8:7 mode gives best image coverage), immersive video sound with 3DIO binaural mic, long-term time-Lapse.
In addition GoPro Labs custom firmware unlocks advanced functionality including complex setting changes, delayed actions, motion detection, custom scripts such as long-term time-lapse, video overlays, low light capture, etc.
SeeSense also offer underwater WiFi, immersive video (binaural sound) and other capabilities as well as accessories including external ‘Always On’ batteries, mounting and cable solutions, etc.
